Description
The DRF4463F is a cost-effective RF front-end transceiver module built around the SI4463 RFIC from Silicon Labs. While retaining all the advantages of the SI4463, it streamlines circuit design for easier implementation. With its high sensitivity (-126dBm) and 20dBm high power output, the module is well-suited for various short-range applications.
Comprising the RFIC Si4463, a thin SMD crystal, and an antenna matching circuit, the DRF4463F simplifies setup. Its antenna port is meticulously matched to the standard 50 Ohm impedance, eliminating the need for users to dedicate time to RF circuit design or antenna selection for different applications. Operating at 1.8~3.6V with an exceptionally low standby current, the DRF4463F is ideal for battery-powered applications.
Applications include: remote control, remote AMR, home automation, personal data logger, wireless sensor network, remote keyless entry, wireless PC peripherals
