Description
The Pasco Wireless Light Sensor (PS-3248) is the most adaptable and most cost-effective light sensor from PASCO with a variety of measurements for the science classroom that is unequaled. It provides live data for light level (lux), illuminance, UV Index, and colour intensity. Connects directly to your devices via Bluetooth® and covers a wide range of applications.
This Wireless Light Sensor features two separate apertures - one for ambient measurements and one for directional light measurements. The ambient sensor measures illuminance, lux, irradiance, PAR and UV index. The directional light (spot aperture) measures the light level as a percent of the total of all colours measured and the total 'white' light intensity as a function of the sensor (on a scale of 65,536).
Requires PASCO software for data collection and analysis. Compatible with PASCO SPARKvue software and PASCO Capstone software.
Full compatibility details are available, including compatibility information for older computing devices.
