Description
A fixed, wall-mounted Wired Ding Dong Doorbell Chime featuring a traditional three-section design in white. It has a loud chime sound suitable for most homes.
The power can be provided either by batteries or from an external transformer. When battery-operated, wired-in Chimes and Bells can be mounted up to a maximum of 15 meters from the push, using standard Friedland bell wire. When transformer operated, wired-in Chimes and Bells can be mounted up to 60 meters from the Push, using standard Friedland bell wire. Batteries require only a wire from the push to the chime and are simple to install.
Note:
- The use of wire not intended for Door Chimes /Bells (e.g. telephone wire) may affect Chime/Bell performance
- Do not mount wired-in Chimes on the back of a door. Tthe chime bars or batteries may dislodge if the door is slammed
