Description
With this Blackmagic Studio Converter, get the benefits of SMPTE fiber at a lower cost with a 10G Ethernet cable.
Connect all camera signals using one Ethernet IP link connection with 10G Ethernet on the Studio Converter and Studio Camera 4K Pro. This converter features a built-in power supply to power the Studio Camera 4K Pro by PoE using an Ethernet cable. Thus avoiding the need to power the camera directly. That means the camera feed, return program feed, timecode, reference, tally, talkback, and control are all sent down the single cable.
The Blackmagic Studio Converter allows for the separation of all video, audio, and talkback connections at the studio end. It also includes a massive power supply that powers the camera via the Ethernet cable. This eliminates the need for a power source near the camera!
