Description
The Thermionic Tube - Diode, also known as an electron valve or tube, rectifies AC into DC. A heater warms the cathode, enabling electron emission. AC voltage applied between the anode (plate) and cathode allows current to flow in one direction, creating 'half-wave' DC. With two anodes, the circuit can be configured for 'full-wave' rectification. It features 4mm spin-free IEC terminals for easy connections.
