Description
The IEC Inclined Plane with Glass Surface is a classroom tool for experiments in friction, vectors, and forces. While less precise than the Linear Air Track, it is effective for basic mechanics. The 100x500mm melamine-coated timber plane includes a pulley at the top and features a glass surface option.
The hinged bottom connects to an aluminum base that doubles as a storage container for kit parts. The plane is adjustable up to 45°, with the angle scale integrated into the adjustment bar to prevent damage during storage. Accessories such as a brass roller, nylon scale pan, and aluminum rolling cart are available separately.
