This HS410 Series Heatsink Unpunched is for medium-to-high power semiconductors. These heatsinks are of a multi-fin type design with good thermal resistance qualities. Made from extruded aluminium with a black anodised finish.
They can be vertically mounted (VM) for rapid heat dissipation or mounted in the conventional horizontal position.
