Schottky Diodes
These Schottky Diodes, sometimes referred to as a Barrier Diodes or Hot Carrier diodes, are metal-semiconductors.
They have a fast switching action and an accompanying low forward voltage drop, with a small voltage drop across the terminals when current flows through the diode. Other feature includes low power loss, high efficiency, and high surge current capability.
