Toroidal Transformers

Toroidal transformers are electrical transformers with a doughnut-shaped core that reduces the transformer’s size and weight.

They are used in electrical circuits to step up or step down voltage. When compared to traditional shell and core-type transformers, toroidal transformers offer greater design flexibility, efficiency, and compactness. They are an excellent choice for low-KVA (up to 15 KVA) devices and equipment used in medical, industrial, renewable energy, and audio applications.
