A variety of 1.5KE DC Transzorbs or Transil Diodes with clamping action that provides high overvoltage protection. Because of their instantaneous response to transient overvoltages, they are ideal for protecting voltage-sensitive devices such as MOS Technology and low voltage supplied ICs.
