Description
This 16x16 Red Dot Matrix LED Display Module uses 74HC138 + 74HC595's to decode and drive 4 8x8 LED modules. To create a much bigger 16x16 dot matrix module, these 16x16 LED modules can also be cascaded side by side to make a running sign.
