Alternatively, consider reprinting the barcodes on matte paper, as home printers often produce matte finishes that aid readability compared to high-end printers' glossy ink.

We've replaced our old Edison 'EdMat' Activity Mat with this new and updated product – now with an added SumoMat side, which can be used for sumo wrestling, bouncing in borders and line-tracking! The EdMat is an A1 size (59cm x 84cm) robot activity mat designed for the classroom and home. Featuring 6 barcodes which can be used to program your Edison Robot, as well as a large track designed for line following challenges or sumo wrestling. Printed on paper and laminated to protect the mat, the mats are shipped in a hard cardboard tube in order to keep them protected. The individual EdCreate pieces are designed with studs and holes which are compatible with Edison robots.
