Description
The Triac 4A 400V is a TO202-type bi-directional triode thyristor. With either polarity of applied voltage and positive or negative gate-trigger current, this device can be switched from off-state to conduction.
It is designed for control applications in lighting, heating, and cooling. Also static switching relays and can be driven directly with IC and MOS devices.
