Description
The Tamiya 70168 Dual Motor & 4-Speed Gearbox is a versatile robotics component. It combines two motors with a 4-speed gearbox, offering precise control and powerful performance for various robotic and DIY projects.
Essentially a double version of the HA70167. This double gearbox packs two independent gear trains into a compact and affordable package that is great for small mobile robots. Each motor can be separately driven so it can provide on-the-spot rotation. Also each gearbox is independent so it is possible to set different gear ratios for each box.
The output shafts included in this kit are 3 mm hexagonal axles that are 100 mm from tip to tip.
The following gear ratios are user-selectable: 12.7:1 or 38.2:1 | 114.7:1 or 344.2:1
