Description
The 4060B IC consists of an oscillator section and 14 ripple-carry binary counter stages. It offers flexibility in oscillator circuit design, supporting both RC and crystal oscillator configurations.
The IC also includes a RESET input, which sets all counters to zero and disables the oscillator when a high-level signal is applied. Each counter stage functions as a master-slave flip-flop.
