Description
The Ohaus Guardian 5000 Series Hotplate Stirrer e-G51HS07C delivers precise heating and agitation for liquid samples. The software-controlled magnetic drive system precisely controls mixing speeds ranging from 60 to 1600rpm.
This Guardian hotplate stirrer features SafetyHeat™, an early detection system with two independent sensors to monitor the hot plate continuously. The system analyzes operation and shuts down the heater in the event of a malfunction. A hot top indicator on the display protects workers by indicating when the heating surface temperature exceeds 40°C.
You can improve the heater accuracy at a selected point using single-point calibration. Up to 3 calibration points for the plate and 3 points for the probe can be saved.
The bright and easy-to-read LCD display shows a large temperature and speed, while the green light indicator is when unit is heating and stirring. Prominent hot top indicator light, probe in use icon, and Single Point Calibration icon.
The SmartHousing™ enclosure stays cool to the touch and is chemical resistant, easy to clean, and directs spills away from internal components. More features include IP21 Ingress Protection, polycarbonate front panel, and control knobs. It also has an On/Off switch for heater disconnect, and a built-in support rod holder.
