Description
The Alloy AS1008-P is an unmanaged, cost-effective Gigabit Ethernet Power over Ethernet (PoE) desktop switch. It is ideal for small workgroups with low device density, especially IP Phones that require powering through the UTP data cable from the switch.
Equipped with 8x 10/100/1000Mbps PoE ports, the AS1008-P is fully compliant with the IEEE 802.3at and af PoE standards. The switch's auto-sensing and auto MDI/X feature facilitates easy connectivity with existing switching infrastructure and PoE Powered Devices (PD) like IP Phones, Wireless Access Points, and IP Video Cameras.
With each port capable of supporting up to 18.75W, AS1008-P can deliver up to 150 watts of total power. The switch's power is supplied by an external power adapter.
The Alloy AS1008-P is an excellent solution for enabling low-cost PoE functionality to support PoE-powered devices in smaller networks.
