Description
The Yealink EXP20 Expansion Module enhances the call-handling capacity and flexibility of SIP-T27P and SIP-T29G IP Phones. It features a user-friendly 160x320 Graphic LCD and offers 20 programmable softkeys, each accompanied by a dual-colour LED.
It has a spacious LCD interface and 20 physical LED keys. The EXP20 simplifies user navigation and streamlines important operational functions such as speed dial, BLF, BLA, call forwarding, transfer, and hold. It supports daisy chaining, allowing up to six EXP20 phone systems to be connected in a single chain.
The advanced Yealink EXP20 serves as an excellent IP phone system for receptionists, administrative assistants, or contact center workers who handle a high volume of calls on a regular basis. It provides an efficient solution for monitoring and managing numerous calls with ease.
