Description

The Kemo M195 PWM Power Controller is designed for precise control of DC loads such as DC motors, light bulbs, heaters, and LEDs with current limiting resistors. It utilizes PWM (pulse width modulation) control, which is effective even for electric motors operating at low RPM.

The power controller operates at a switching frequency of approximately 300-600 Hz. It's important to note that when controlling motors, a humming noise may be heard due to this switching frequency. However, this does not affect the functionality or performance of the power controller.

There are two ways to achieve control of the power controller. Firstly, it comes with a supplied potentiometer, allowing manual adjustment of the control settings. This enables users to precisely regulate the power output based on their requirements.

Alternatively, the Kemo PWM Power Controller also supports external control via an optional control voltage ranging from 0 to 5 V/DC. This feature provides flexibility for integrating the power controller into existing systems or using external control signals to adjust the power output. By connecting an external control voltage, users can automate the control process or integrate it with other control systems as needed.
