Description
The Dorji DRF4432D20I-043M2 433MHz 20dB Transceiver Module With ID TTL, DIP is a cost-effective sub-1 GHz transceiver module ideal for operations in the unlicensed ISM (Industrial Scientific Medical) and LPRD bands. It features FSK modulation/demodulation, multi-channel operation, and high bandwidth efficiency for robust and reliable wireless links.
Configurable to work in 40 channels with 1MHz channel space, the module includes NetID and NodeID functionalities. Thus ensuring communication between modules with the same NetID. The module integrates a 256-byte buffer for data transfer, supporting up to 200 bytes per transfer and limitless data transfer when RF data rate exceeds UART data rate. With a standard UART/TTL interface, users can select from seven data rates and three parity checks, making it adaptable for various applications.
Operating at 3.4~5.5V with low standby current, the DRF4432D20 is suitable for battery-powered applications, offering versatility and reliability for wireless communication needs.
NOTE: The difference between the M1 and the M2 is with the electrical characteristics of the output signal. The M1 uses TTL DIP and the LL2 uses TTLSMD.
