Description

The Picaxe-20x2 Surface Mount Chip offers a surface mount version of the smallest PICAXE microcontroller in the enhanced X2 range. Renowned for its compact size and robust features, it is highly favored in hobbyist projects. It is also great for advanced educational purposes.

This chip supports up to 18 inputs/outputs with 11 analog channels and an operating speed of up to 64MHz using an internal oscillator. This chip has a single internal program slot and supports up to 32 external program slots. It is also capable of acting as an i2c slave device.

PICAXE X2 series parts support enhanced features such as configurable i/o pins, ring tone music, and analog inputs, up to 64MHz operation with i2c, spi, and high-speed serial with background receive. It supports scratchpad memory, separate Data EEPROM and Data Table, and multiple program slots.

The Surface Mount PICAXE-20X2 can be used with any software application that supports the PICAXE hardware. This includes the free PICAXE Programming Editor and Logicator for PICAXE flowcharting software.
