Description
The Doss ZD929C 48W Soldering Station is a professional, electronically controlled unit which meets the developing needs of the electronics industry. It features a sophisticated electronic circuit that allows for adjustable tip temperatures ranging from 160°C (320°F) to 480°C (900°F) without changing the tip or heating element. The temperature stays within ±10° of the preset level, thanks to a unique temperature sensor located near the tip. This ensures rapid response and minimal variation.
The unit's tip is isolated from the AC line by a transformer. Its electronic switching and grounded tip protect sensitive components from transient spikes. Additionally, the station includes a digital LED display for accurate temperature readouts.
