Description
The Redback 60W Compact 1RU Public Address Amplifier is a versatile amplifier. It is ideal as a standalone PA system or as a zone amplifier in larger setups requiring local inputs. It operates on either 240V AC or 24V DC for battery backup. The amplifier offers six source options across two inputs.
Input one includes a 3-pin XLR that can be set for a balanced mic level (3mV) or balanced line level (2V), adjustable via a rear-mounted trimpot. A dual RCA on input one allows sensitivity adjustment between 300mV and 1V. Input two features three sets of dual RCA sockets on the rear panel and a 3.5mm jack on the front panel, with auxiliary source inputs selectable via the front panel switch. Input one can be set to VOX mute input two using a DIP switch.
Phantom power is available on the input one XLR. Volume controls for inputs one and two are on the front panel. This compact amplifier includes protection against output overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature, with self-resetting capabilities once the fault is cleared. Front panel LEDs provide a constant visual indication of the amplifier's status.
