Description
The 30VA Toroidal transformer offers higher output than traditional E-I transformers of similar size. They significantly reduce radiated hum and electrical noise, generate less heat, and provide better regulation, making them ideal for high-performance, low-noise circuits.
The transformer is "potted" in an epoxy compound within a plastic housing. It features 2 x 120V primaries and 2 identical secondaries, which can be wired in series or parallel. PCB mounting reduces assembly time as the transformer solders directly to the PCB. For added stability and reliability, it can be secured to the PCB with a self-tapping screw.
