Description
The IEC "Charge on Capacitor" device allows students to calculate the capacitance value in microfarads (µF) using measurements and fundamental principles.
The charging current is finely adjusted to remain constant, ensuring accurate results. A high-impedance digital voltmeter (10 MΩ) monitors the voltage across the capacitor. Meanwhile a stopwatch is used to measure the charging time.
