Description
The IEC Microscope Lamp Clear Window operates on 220/240V mains power and uses a 25W pearl bulb. It features a front glass option of either clear (LB2160-001) or blue tint (LB2161-001), with the blue tint designed to reduce red light content and produce a whiter illumination.
The lamp is virtually unbreakable, with a robust stainless steel stand that securely holds the lamp body. Lamp removal is simple and requires a firm pull to release it from the spring-loaded stand.
A durable 1m, 2-core mains cable provides a reliable connection to power.
Note: This unit is not certified as a 'double insulated' device and does not carry the logo. Its housing is non-metallic, and the fully approved lamp socket supports only two connections. As it cannot use an earth wire, it is equipped with a 2-pin plug and a 2-core flex.
